Aside from Reba, her siblings also got the talents in singing. All of them inherited their personality of being musically-inclined from their mother. At a young age, Reba would join different competitions in town. She also performed in various events that were held in the school she attended. With their amazing talent in singing, Reba, Pike, Alice, and Susie became well-known in the whole town as the “Singing McEntires”. Everyone loved them and thought that they were very adorable.

Becoming Miss Ford Country
One of the most significant accomplishments she attained in her entire life was the moment when she got the title of being “Miss Ford Country”. She was 16 years old at that time when she joined a contest that was held in the town where she had to write a well-constructed essay. Being the smart and amazing lady she had always been, she won the contest and got herself the chance to drive a Ford for six months – that was the prize for the winner. Well, she gladly accepted it and did not waste any time as she grabbed all the opportunity to drive the car – all in all, she drove a total of 18,000 miles.
