At the foot of the hill, there was a street where two parking spots were specifically reserved for the workers to make their lives a little easier. These parking spots were officially reserved for the construction project. There were even official signs saying “No Parking” to make matters extra clear. All the same, there were still people who couldn’t bring themselves to listen to the sign and would still park in one of those spots.

It’s rather frustrating to think about how there are people who refuse to listen to simple instructions. It’s most definitely not that hard to tell that parking in those spots is not allowed. There were big signs! However, there was an elementary school in the area, which meant that parents would frequently park their cars there for short periods of time. It was no problem, for the most part. The only problem was when cars were parked there at the wrong time.
