Wall Of Snakes
Amber and Ben Sessions bought a 5-bed house in the countryside for $180,000. It sounded like a good deal until they found out that the house was lying right above a snake hibernaculum. They kept hearing rustling sounds in the walls and found one snake after the other. The previous owners must have moved out and sold the place when they realized that there was no way to resolve it. The Sessions moved out after only 3 months and declared bankruptcy.

Amanda Reddy lived in a Cape Cod home that was built in the 1910s. When she got rid of the baseboard in the kitchen, she found postcards that dated back to 1907 to 1909. They were addressed to Mayme Berneck. She thought that they fell down, but they were really nailed to the wall all that time. Whoa.
