This basically meant that the truck driver locked the car in that spot. It was not unlike a car that had been trapped in a box. While this was happening, the woman did not seem to react. At the very least, she chose to turn a blind eye to the whole thing. She was clearly doing her best to ignore them!

The plan did not do anything either, so their next option was to call the police. They explained what was going on through the phone. The foreman wanted to clear up what he had been thinking while doing it. “At this point in time I wasn’t trying to get her in trouble, I just wanted a record of why we were blocking part of the street, so we don’t get in trouble with the city,” he said. But did this plan work or not?
