One of the entertainment industry’s biggest stars, Jennifer Lopez, ironically refuses to talk to “service” industry workers. On a flight, she was asked by a flight attendant about what she wanted to drink. Allegedly, she turned to her assistant and told her, “Please tell him I’d like a Diet Coke and lime.” We wonder what Lopez was thinking. Perhaps she has forgotten she needs service industry workers to do her bidding.
