Around Christmas time, Kensington Palace published photos of the duchess on a visit to the Kingston Hospital’s Maternity Unit. These photos were shot in early 2019 when Kate Middleton dropped by to observe clinics and visit post-natal wards. For this event, she went with black tights and a printed dress. During the visit, the mom of three joined midwives making house calls. The royal also penned an open letter as a way to thank them for their hard work and how much effort they put in to make the lives of other people better.

At the pantomime special performance “Pantoland at The Palladium” we see a rare sight: All five (!) Cambridges appear on the red carpet. Duchess Kate shows herself in a dark blue silk dress by Alessandra Rich with ruffles on the shoulders and balloon sleeves. In the original design, the dress has a sexy slit in the leg, which the Duchess probably had changed for her appearance. Her beloved pearl earrings with golden details come from the jewelry designer Simone Rocha. Kate has already worn the accessories up and down for the past few days, and this time again they completely perfect to the 38-year-old’s pretty pre-Christmas look.
