On November 4, 2016, the Duchess went out to visit the Nelson Trust Women’s Centre, a Vulnerable Women’s Center located in Gloucester, England. It is always touching to see Kate visit the less fortunate. She appeared polished and proper in a black turtleneck, a Dolce & Gabbana tweed skirt, and a blue Mulberry coat. The royal topped off this look with a pair of black pumps and black tights. This look was completed with her decision to let her gorgeous brown locks down in loose waves around her shoulders.
