This infection happens when the immune system is not sufficiently strong to prevent disease. The immune system of Sheila, as the disease progresses, has been weakened for years by insufficient treatment. Toxoplasmosis signs include reduced coordination, disorientation, anorexia, lethargy, breathing problems, swollen lymph nodes,  and possible blindness. This disease can be lethal if not correctly and quickly addressed.
