If you thought awkward family portraits are a modern phenomenon, well, think again. This vintage photo clearly shows that awkward family photos already existed in the past. As far as we know, a portrait includes faces in it. Even back then, men hated being in front of the camera. You can see here the dad with his back to the camera and the mom trying her best to hide the embarrassment on her face.

Why does the mom have a really weird look on her face? Could it be because of her daughter’s topless cleavage that is touching her head? We are not really sure but that is a good guess. It is clear that the picture was snapped at just the right moment. Now everyone gets to see the mom in an awkward moment. This photo might embarrass her but we think she should keep it. It’s hilarious!
