Logan has Down Syndrome, so the Boy Scouts had to slightly alter some of the requirements for the merit badge. Scoutmasters promised Chad and Diane that this was not a problem. Despite this, an issue came up after their little boy gave the Utah National Parks Council his Eagle Scout project.
